Kentucky Derby Museum

Kentucky derby museum is a horse racing museum which is situated at Churchill downs in the Louisville city. It was opened in the year 1985 for public use. It consists of two floors which include theater which shows the HD videos. The museum was devastated in the floods which took place on 4th august 2009. It was renovated and re opened on 18th April 2010. The museum also has a reburial on its ground of four derby winners. On September 27 and October 5, the Museum will be open for extended hours because of the Dusk at the Derby Museum in celebration of the World Equestrian Games where the guests can get to tour around the downs. On Nov 6, the Museum will hold the Breeder's Cup.
